This Privacy Policy explains how Johnny Action Fights Back, LLC ("Johnny Action," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through johnnyactionarmy.com and its forms. Our mailing address is PO Box 3492, Palm Beach, FL 33480, United States.
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, message, membership consent, membership ID, and information you include in a request. We also receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction events.
We use information to respond to contact and booking requests, create and verify membership records, deliver requested membership communications, provide downloads and site features, prevent abuse, maintain security, understand site usage, measure outreach, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security, and infrastructure services, including Cloudflare Pages/Workers and D1 database services. Resend processes transactional and relay email when configured. Google Analytics processes website measurement events. Our email provider and monitored inbox may receive messages needed to answer requests. These providers process information only to provide services to us and under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Contact and booking records are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is needed for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Membership records are retained while the membership is active and for up to 24 months after deactivation. Analytics records are retained according to the Google Analytics property settings, currently up to 14 months where that setting applies. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
The site uses essential browser storage and cookies for language preferences, internal-traffic preferences, navigation, security, and service operation. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and interactions. You can restrict cookies through your browser, though some features may not work as intended.
This site is intended for parents, families, caregivers, and general audiences. No one under 13 may submit a contact, booking, or membership form. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that a child's information has reached us, a parent or guardian should contact us at Jaction1@icloud.com; we will take reasonable steps to verify the request, delete the information, and stop using it unless the law requires otherwise.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, request correction, request deletion, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, and receive equal service. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a request, email Jaction1@icloud.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request and will respond as required by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
